Booking Steps

  1. Select date first.
  2. Find a listing.
  3. Book right away or send inquriey.
  4. Receive confirmation email in 1 hour. 
  5. We will ask your estimated arrived time and best contact number,
  6. Pay deposit. 
  7. Receive self check in link 5 days before your check in day.
  8. Self-check in & ask questions if needed. We basically reply to any inquiry in 1hour.
  9. Self-check out and put the key back to lockbox, and that;s it!
  10. The deposit will return to your account in 14 days.

 

 


FAQs

Q: If we were to book online do we get charged the full payment straight away or does it get charged when we check in? 

A: Reservations made through our website will be charge Stripe a one-time fee for accommodation and cleaning, but the deposit is not included.

 

Q: Is it self check in like an air bnb style.  

A: Yes! We either use a keysafe/lockbox for a certain apartment or we have the keys stored at a local convenience store or petrol station.

The check-in process is simple, with plenty of video guides and instructions all on one page.

You won’t need to meet anyone to enter the apartment, it’s all self check-in.

 

Q: Was just wondering if we can have a confirmation of reservation and also deposit ? What’s the way that I can pay the deposit?

A: Of course. Once you finish the payment the system will send you a confirmation mail from "KozyGuru@hostify.club" with tour booking number as the mail title.

Q: i’m wondering if you could provide me with a confirmation email so I know what I have to do from here, including check in time, check in instructions and payments.

A: Once you finish the payment the system will send you a confirmation mail from "KozyGuru@hostify.club" with tour booking number as the mail title.If you have any concerned you can ask again.

 

Q: Was wondering if all checkout was good, what the process of getting the deposit back is? Normally refund in stripe or bank.

A: If there is no damage in the room. If we find any damage to the house, we will check with the cleaners and the landlord first. The deposit release in 3-5 days after you check out. When the deposit reversal, you won't see a refund credit on your statement. You'll just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q: I have made an instant booking. Where can I find my details?

A: With an instant booking stay, all of your booking details, including property information and check in/check out details, can be found in your booking confirmation email, we will send you 5 days before your arrvied day.

 

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is at 3:00 pm onwards.

Check-out is 10:00 am.

If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours notice!

This is subject to availability. We can sometimes allow early check-in if there are no previous guests. Please contact us via the mail.

 

Q: Can I check in earlier or check out later

A: Regarding Early check-in & Late Check-outs.

We can only offer these if available, for example; If there is no one booked before your check-in date then we won’t have to get the place cleaned so it’ll be free.

 

But if we have a guest booked and due to leave on your arrival day then we can’t offer early check-in as we need time to get the apartment ready for you!

As guests usually check-out at 10 am, cleaners come at 12 pm and then get the apartment ready & cleaned for the next guest.

For late check-outs, this is available till 12 pm yes.

We hope you understand, but we can always confirm the night before so it is best to message us . This is subject to availability.

Q: How Do I Extend My Booking?

A: Please message us at least 24 hours before or call us.

The fastest way to contact us is to reply directly to the confirmation letter that was scheduled to be sent to you, and our customer service staff will usually get back to you in less than an hour.
