Welcome to my Kozy Apartment at Wentworthville. In an excellent location conveniently located, 8 mins walks to Supermarket Woolworths Wentworthville, and 15 minutes walking distance to Wentworthville Station (T1, T3, T5) or Dunmore St/ Station St bus stop. 6 minutes drive to Westmead Hospital. Supermarket, heaps of restaurants, Commonwealth Bank, Westfield Parramatta shopping mall, all can reach in 10-20 mins.

The space

My home fits comfortably up to 4 guests with two generous bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with 2 single beds. Also contains a modern bathroom with bathtub, relax and enjoy the time in my apartment.

House rules

- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- Please Communicate on Airbnb instead of calling and sending SMS.
- Please Keep quiet from 9 pm.
- Strictly NO parties, No drugs and excessive drinking, No smoking in the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No shoes in the carpet
- Do not attach white walls with dirty hand
- Do not jump on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave quietly, we respect our neighbors and want everyone have a comfortable living environment.
- Please keep the kitchen and dinning area clean after your cooking or eating.
- Please move back the furniture if you moved.
- Please Check out on time and make our housekeepers life easier.
- Please Do not wipe your makeup with towels, sometimes it ruins the towels permanently.
- Extra linen is prepared upon requested at extra $45;
-Please take the property key & fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will from AU$280. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$280.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

※Dryer is out of order
※ Aircon only in the living room
※We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350.
※Standard Setting: 1 x Queen Bed & 2 Signal beds for 4 guests.
※Extra linen requested at extra $45. ( Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming )
※Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
Attention Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.

※The mandatory Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry applies from 18 December 2020.
The code creates new minimum standards of behaviour and requirements for all participants.

※Booking changes and other options

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

RULE OF CHANGE A RESERVATION (Covid- lockdown):
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.

Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.

2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
