My house features two chic bedrooms with good size beds, one and half bathrooms with modern design, open plan comfy living and secure parking. This is a place where memories are made.
It comfortably accommodates up to four guests with good size beds, master bedroom is King size bed, second bedroom with Queen size bed, also come with free WiFi, and spacious balconies.
Entering my home, you’ll enjoy the generously-sized chef’s kitchen with stone splashback and premium functionality. Featuring executive stainless steel appliances, as well as a oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests to whip up quick and delicious meals. The full size kitchen also features fresh and warm decorations. Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table seating up to 6 guests generously.
Moving into the chic bedrooms, guests can enjoy creative design and decorations by our designer. It offers private balcony that brings natural light to warm you and the room, as well as allows guests to admire the nice view and enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee with your friends and group. The chic bedrooms is decorated beautiful paintings and decorations by our designer. The amazing design will give you a comfortable and relaxing feeling. Last but not least, the bedrooms feature a generous size desk, its functional desk space offers for the travelling professional as well.

- Please enter and leave quietly, we respect our neighbors and want everyone have a comfortable living environment.
- Please keep the kitchen and dinning area clean after your cooking or eating.
- Please move back the furniture if you moved.
- Please Check out on time and make our housekeepers life easier.
- Please Do not wipe your makeup with towels, sometimes it ruins the towels permanently.

-Please take the property key & fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will from AU$180. Emergency locksmith cost will go for guest FROM AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
